Tonight a panel of experts is giving a presentation at the Garden City Hall about our water situation in Southwest Idaho. It starts in an hour, so I need to get ready and head out the door. (Go to my water blog for a report on what I learned there.)
Should Rusty go with me? Of course, she should. She's wagging her tail and staying very close to me since I brought the subject up a few minutes ago. It's cool, so she won't burn up in the car. I doubt if the meeting will last longer than an hour.
My author Gary came by a bit ago with changes in the manuscript of his book. All we need to do is make those changes and get a cover ready for him, and I can collect half of the rest of his total cost. Unfortunately, he's ahead of the payment schedule, so I won't get a huge bonus.
