No April Fool's Day yet

It's chilly out, with the highest temperature in the 40s these days, but maybe, just maybe that will keep my apricots from blooming and then freezing them to an icy finish for this season. Can you see the early blooms? They just showed their pink and white faces today, when it was sunny but not that warm. This photo looks much better in "blogger" than in WordPress, by the way.

The picture of my bro Ben didn't turn out, but here's Dave, the ancient one of the family, turning 71 in another couple of months. Dave said our family is so small we could hold a reunion in a telephone booth! Not quite, but he does feel uneasy at times as the oldest one present in most of our family groups unless Aunt Ruby can be there. She turns 93 this August. Our Aunt Orletta is turning 83, I believe.
