Another beautiful September day

We've had all of the hot-hot-hot weather for the summer and are now reveling in temperatures that hover in the 70s or 80s.

My bro Dave has apparently finished with the ceramic tile in the church, and I'm holding my breath for the day when he calls to say he's ready to put the tile down in my entry way and to help me get my new blinds installed on my windows.

This week end our church is welcoming our prospective pastor. I already have a grudge against him because he has a funny name that's spelled one way and pronounced another. That probably won't last long. I've noticed that people with funny names usually have a good sense of humor.
