Getting back to the grind

Somehow I got the BeWell newsletter off to the approval team, and since the check for the last HealthWorks newsletter was waiting for me in Boise, I decided to take myself shopping.

Didn't spend much money, but I did get a new watch to replace one that broke the wrist band this week end, as well as a cute little throw for my couch upstairs and a couple of other things I've forgotten by now.

My major goal in life right now is to lose weight and get healthier at the same time. My schedule is a nice breakfast about 9 a.m., a nice lunch about 4 p.m., and that's it. I'm taking a multi-vitamin pill and trying to exercise. A beautiful day today, but I drove everywhere and got parking as close to the front entrance as I could. So I'll have to walk
up and down the stairs to my "apartment" ten times tonight before I crash.

By the way, I have lost my "vacation pounds," most of which I added on the week end campout.
