Another beautiful day...

Today was my last physical therapy session. They took measurements to see how much my right wrist had improved after a month of PT. I did very well. Only my strength (as in squeezing something) wasn't much better. Next Thursday I'll see the bone doc, and I expect him to send me on my way with some advice about taking care of it.

Then I got a delightful note from my regular doctor congratulating me for lowering my cholesterol, raising my good cholesterol, lowering my bad cholesterol, and lowering my triglycerides. I've reached the ideal for total cholesterol and triglycerides and am close to ideal measurements for good HDL (36, goal is 39 or more), and "bad" LDL (111, goal is 100 or less).

I feel so healthy I think I'll go out and buy a carton of ice cream.
